Helping Companies Integrate EOS®
EOS® gives companies a framework, but it’s the execution that makes it work.
Chasing big goals and helping others do the same – that’s what drives me.
As a distance runner, coach, and business leader, I believe EOS is a lot like a marathon: set the vision, trust the plan, do the work, pace through the hard parts, celebrate progress, and then start again. It takes a clear plan, consistent effort, and the right support to cross the finish line. There’s always another starting line and always someone else you can help cross theirs.
That belief in clarity, discipline, and shared goals is at the core of how results are delivered.
I was introduced to EOS nearly a decade ago and have spent the last six years living it from the inside. As Integrator at Heine Bros Coffee, a 250+ person company with 17 locations, I’ve guided our leadership team through every stage of the EOS journey. Along the way, I’ve developed and refined the tools, rhythms, and meeting structures that turn EOS from a quarterly concept into a daily operating system.
While continuing to lead EOS internally, I’m also excited to help other companies, Visionaries, and Integrators get the results they’re looking for. I love sharing real-world tools, lessons, and a proven playbook that help teams get clear, stay aligned, and deliver results.

Outside of Work
I’m a mom of three boys (all runners!), married to a runner, and best friends with runners. Most mornings start with miles on the road and a new goal in mind. I’m a true believer in the power of fitness, and I see it as a lifelong mission to spread the love. I love being a coach and accountability partner to anyone who’ll let me, because when people reach their goals, they usually turn around and help someone else. Helping people grow and watching them pass it on is the best kind of progress!
