Helping Businesses Get More from EOS®

Many companies successfully implement EOS®, whether they self-implement or work with a Professional EOS® Implementer. But at some point, they realize there’s more they can do—more depth, more clarity, and more ways to fully integrate EOS into the way they run their business every day.

I work with businesses that are already using EOS® and see the value it has brought them—but they know there’s still more potential to unlock.

I help leadership teams strengthen their Visionary-Integrator dynamic, align and develop their leadership team, and prepare emerging leaders to support the company’s future. Together, we work to integrate EOS throughout the entire organization, ensuring alignment and readiness to achieve the company’s three-year picture.®

My Background and Experience

I’ve spent my career helping leaders gain clarity, execute effectively, and build high-performing teams in military, corporate, and small business environments:

  • Air Force Officer – As a Decision Analyst and Combat Analyst, I helped senior military leaders clarify objectives, build strategies, and measure success.
  • USAA – As Director of Product Management, I led strategy for a billion-dollar credit card portfolio, driving growth and operational improvements.
  • Valiant Construction – As Integrator, I helped scale the company from $20M to $50M, reaching the size limit for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

At Valiant, I was introduced to EOS®, which became the foundation for how we scaled. As we neared our growth ceiling, other businesses already running on EOS began asking for help with refining their approach, strengthening their leadership teams, and getting more from their implementation. That’s when I transitioned into full-time business coaching, helping clients maximize their EOS journey and investment.

How I Help Leadership Teams Maximize EOS®

✔ Strengthening the Visionary-Integrator relationship to improve strategy and execution.

✔ Developing leadership teams to enhance decision-making and accountability.

✔ Coaching emerging leaders to ensure companies have a strong leadership pipeline.

✔ Embedding EOS into company culture and operations so it becomes second nature.

Outside of Work

I’m married with two daughters and enjoy spending time with my family at our Airstream travel trailer. Mindfulness meditation has been a game-changer for me, helping me stay focused and present—both in growing my own business and in guiding my clients through the challenges of scaling theirs.
