Fractional Sales Leadership

I help businesses increase revenue by building a strong, scalable sales framework. As a Fractional Sales Leader with Sales Xceleration, I implement key components of the Certified Sales Operating Management System—focused on Sales Strategy, Sales Infrastructure, Sales Management, and the Sales Team.

I work with businesses of all types, including those running on EOS. For EOS-run companies, I either step into the Sales Leader role or support the existing Sales Leader by providing a proven sales framework to drive results.

Companies typically engage me when:

  • Sales are flat or declining
  • Growth is happening too fast without a solid sales infrastructure
  • There’s no clear sales strategy—or no idea where to start
  • The owner or CEO is still selling, managing sales, and stretched too thin to lead the team

My 30+ year career spans equal time in three chapters:

  1. Corporate Sales Leadership – including time as VP of Sales and Division VP
  2. Entrepreneurship – I launched, built, and successfully sold my own company
  3. Advisory & Turnaround Work – first with businesses owned by a private investment holding company, and since 2018 as a Fractional Sales Leader / Outsourced VP of Sales

Why I do this: When I built my own business, there were no tools like EOS or Sales Xceleration, and few trusted outside resources existed. We figured it out the hard way. Today, I help business owners avoid that same pain by putting the right sales structure in place.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father to five (four boys and one girl). I stay active through sports, love the outdoors, and find unexpected peace and clarity while riding my mower.
