Stuck is a feeling I know all too well. In 2007, my wife Amy and I launched a supply business catering to homebuilders, as an offshoot of a family business. But the Great Recession had other plans for us. A year later, home renovations and new construction had practically stopped.

Fortunately, around this time, we discovered and implemented EOS. The turnaround in our business not only kept the doors open—but it helped the business grow, resulting in a successful sale just a few years later. I then went on to implement EOS at my next two companies, with equally dramatic results. After running businesses on EOS for the past 10 years, I’m now helping other entrepreneurs see the same transformation that I experienced firsthand.

Today, I work primarily with two types of leadership teams and business owners:

The first sees that their business has hit a ceiling, and they feel that they’ve tried everything. Their organization can’t align on the right people, strategies, and priorities, and they can’t break through to the next level. They lack focus.

The second are frustrated by an unrealized vision for their company. They know the final destination for their business, but they lack a clear plan and they struggle to get their team aligned and executing effectively. They lack direction.

When not helping entrepreneurs achieve Traction® in their businesses, I enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants with my wife Amy and our two daughters, Sadi and Emme.
