With over a decade of experience in executive leadership, business ownership, HR strategy, and team development, I’ve helped teams thrive in both high-growth and high-impact environments. From scaling a nationally recognized fitness brand as Vice President of Culture at Burn Boot Camp—where I led People Strategy across 300+ locations—to guiding leadership teams as a certified Predictive Index partner, my work blends structure with heart. I specialize in aligning people strategy with business goals, helping leaders build strong, healthy teams equipped for what’s next.

Outside of Work
I am a wife and a mom to three boys- I’ve come to learn that the most meaningful work I can do starts within the walls of my own home. I am a published author, writing from a place of vulnerability and faith and I have collaborated in three best-selling women’s devotionals. I make it my mission to seek joy in each step of my journey!
