I serve as a business consultant and co-author of two best-selling books, More Than Enough: The Silent Struggle of a Woman’s Identity and Joy-full Entrepreneur, Volume 3. My career journey has been shaped by a deep passion for helping small businesses build a thriving culture by guiding their people strategy. With experience as a business owner and former executive leader for a large, boutique fitness franchise, I am grateful to bring practical insights and support to leaders desiring growth as well as navigating change.

As someone certified at the highest level in the Human Resources space, through SHRM and HRCI, my goal is to simplify complex challenges and offer actionable guidance that makes a lasting difference. Faith, family, and ministry are at the heart of everything I do. I strive to keep God at the center of my life, prioritizing my roles as a wife, mother, and leader of Casa Gioiosa (Joyful Home), a ministry focused on prayer, serving meals to those in need, and guiding women through devotionals.
My husband, three sons, and I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I aim to live with purpose, staying rooted in gratitude and joy in every part of my journey.
